This artwork was inspired by the idea of how simple structures—like a tic-tac-toe grid—can reflect deeper human struggles. The X’s and broken O’s represent miscommunication, emotional distance, and the tendency to compete rather than connect. The loose brushstrokes and fading marks were meant to suggest forgotten memories, silence, and unfinished emotions. I was drawn to the contrast between structured systems and the fragile, complex nature of human relationships. Game Over reflects that quiet collapse—where there’s no winner, only disconnection. But what do you see in it? “Game Over” is not only about an end—it’s a reflection of exhaustion, of repeated emotional patterns and the inability to truly connect.
